I got there 10 min early they told us to wait until 3pm, went I went to check in at 4 they said it will take longer because they are installing a tv..when I walked in the room I noticed there was tiles broken on the floor, two tvs but only one worked and when it worked it was rare because their cable was not stable. I found roaches in the bathroom twice. The big one

The odd little broken tiles, the little peep hole in the second floor the bathroom is. The EXIT DOOR IN THE BATHROOM! Heading the the hallways to the 4th floor; That was creepy and should be removed.

I was charged twice for the same room. the attendant who checked me in said that I had a double reservation and would cancel one so I wouldn't be charged extra. I only used 1 room. and they still charged me twice. As they charged me twice, I am entitled to 2 negative reviews.
