I like the fact that it is near the theatre district and major shopping places ie GAP, H&M, TARGET. OLD NAVY, et.
Negatives:
The furnishings are dated, and the hot water is far from hot, it's tepid. You could also tell the room hadn't been dusted recently as dusk covered the dresser top. I also didn't like the fact that after a night of theatre, I couldn't go back to the hotel and relax with a cocktail in their restaurant because it was closed. Who, in NYC, rolls up their carpet at 10:30 pm?

No safe in the room. One was bought to us once we requested it. Bo wash cloths we had to ask that should have been there upon arrival. Very outdated and is in need of some minor reno and upgrades. Ots .others Day weekend, hence why we came in the first place. I'm actually glad I decided to go elsewhere. I def expected better from Criwne Plaza.
