The lighting in the room was extremely poor. It was dark we couldnt see anything the room was small. The room was missing wash clothes. They over charged me for valet parking and left my car on the street for hours it was not parked safely

Staff was not as friendly. Rooms were mid and very bland. Shower did not have a door so water would spill all over the floor.

The room was spacious and bright. The hallways felt a little like a dormitory. Check out was very slow.
Negatives:
The hotel is on a block directly behind Port Authority Bus terminal. The hotel entrance doesnt feel luxurious. For the price, the hotel was fine.
