When I checked in there was no wash clothes in the room & when I called the front desk they said we’ll send it right up & that never happened I called 4 times & waited almost an hour for them to tell me Sorry we’re out of wash clothes because the linen delivery had not arrived.

The bathroom is very basic with a tiny sink. Not baby/kids friendly. Had broken furniture, drawers would stay open which was a hasard for the kids. Would come back to the room to find no towels have been replaced. Fridge was dirty.
They charge you more than the rates and they tell you they cannot adjust the rates. On top of that the charges are very inconsistent, so I would advise to be very careful when they charge your credit cards. I would avoid this hotel and would definitely not recommend. It’s once of the worse hotel we’ve been. Some of the staffs are very dismissive. Please save your money and go somewhere else

Negatives:
It had the smallest shower for a 2 double bed room. The water would splash everywhere when showering. The bathroom is very basic for a so called 4 stars hotel, definitely more like a 2 star. Not a very comfortable hotel.
Rooms were not Made until we complained and there would be missing linens/towels. Their excuse was that because it was Memorial Day weekend, they were short staffed. I don’t think it’s a good reason, should you lack staff, I think the hotel should not be renting that many rooms. So as a guests, you would expect to get the service you paid for.

The hotel is definitely not worth it. The room was double booked. I was given a room and at night when I came, there was someone else in with suitcases unpacked and clothes hung on the rack. Never experienced something like that and was casually just told the hotel would look into that and was simply just given a new room and a $50 discount, which has yet to be refunded. Not sure $50 is enough to make up for this blunder.
The next day, we came back to a room without towels and then to opened milk. This is definitely not a 4 or 3 stars hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

Positives:
I did not like much of the hotel. The elevator was extremely small and so were the rooms. But we dealt with it. Until my daughter began to take a shower and as she looked up to the ceiling she saw many tiny bugs crawling across the ceiling.
Negatives:
I did not like the tidiness. The bugs were all over the bathroom ceiling and who know where else they could’ve been. I had to shake out everything and empty all of my suitcases to see if there were any bugs.
