There wasn’t anything I like about the property.
Negatives:
I was disappointed with this hotel from the moment of check in. I was originally double charged for my stay. The person checking us in was rude. We were not offered any cookies. The elevators were slow and small. Neither of the restaurants were open durning our entire stay and we were not told at this at check in. The room we received was near the elevators, and because of it there was a lot of noise outside the door. There was hardly any lighting in the room. The room was over all small and a tight fit for 3 people. Beds were uncomfortable. The air conditioning was noisy and worked part of the time. The bathroom had no counter space. The sink looked like it it should have been replaced instead of patched up. The shower door did not seal properly and allowed water all over the floor. We asked for extra towels and received 2 for 3 people. Carpeting was dirty and smelled. There was a chair at the desk seating area that’s needed to be replaced. I am a avid traveler and have stayed at Hilton properties around the world. This is by far the worst Doubletree property I have ever stayed and I will not be staying there again.

The elevators were a huge problem. In the mornings there was a 20-30 minute wait to get out of the hotel as all elevators were full. I can’t walk 27 floors.

The outlet did not have a cover. I reported the ac for not working 3 different times room temperature was 78 degrees for 2 full nights. The worst experience I have ever had. The room was unbelievably small for a kind and I paid over 200 a night. Please see photos below
