We fly was canceled, we are need one night more, the staff told me the price very expensive. We are going to the other hotel we liked continued these hotel with the price same. At Feb we was too these hotel .

The location is great - very close to the subway station and Times Square. They´ve got the best coffee and it´s available the whole day incl. decaf, delicious warm breakfast with gluten free options, free drinks and snacks in the afternoon were highly appreciated, clean and comfy (except the bed - too soft), overall great hotel with very nice staff. Thank you!
Negatives:
There are 3 lifts and all of them are functioning, just avoid rush hours (8-9am) and you´ll be fine - people exaggerate the lift situation here in the comments. The only thing we didn´t like was the bed (too soft) and plastic plates and cutlery at breakfast. Also for gluten free options you need to ask the staff ahead.

Very comfortable room, good sized bed and a great view of the Empire State. Bathroom was a good size, clean and the supply of toiletries was helpful. Breakfast was excellent and a great opportunity to fill up for the day (we skipped lunch most days) queues for breakfast were not as bad as we had anticipated. We thought the oranges were great!
Negatives:
Lifts were a bit of a trial , especially at busy times, not sure three fairly small lifts are adequate for a building of this size, we had a few longish waits. A bit surprised by the total lack of any serious attempt to recycle paper and plastic from breakfast service, this seems shocking and extremely wasteful. We thought the apples were disgusting!

Easily walkable from Monahan Train Station and subways. GREAT value for the dollar. Wonderful complimentary happy hour and breakfast. Better than the competition. Bag drop off available at no additional cost.
