The elevators were unreliable. There was usually one not working. The others would stop on random floors that were not even selected. The TV would turn off randomly several times,one of the burners in our room wasn't even usable because a knob was missing

I was grateful that I didnt need to find breakfast before leaving for the day. It was nice having a small kitchen. I especially liked the shades because in some hotels they dont block the light well. Perfect location for us!

Breakfast was ok. A bit crowded & I cant imagine what that would be like on the weekends or during a busier time of year. We took our breakfast to our rooms. I would be worried as well about the elevator capacity during a busier time. We will return!!

Studio room, nice room furniture and decor, personalized greeting on the tv , free breakfast, water , and snacks, location is by public transportation .

The location was ideal.Near subway and Penn Station. Very comfortable bed and great shower.

The hotel is very busy and you struggle to find a table for breakfast. Even getting food is stressful. The street was dirty with homeless people spread out all over the place. Many beggars and questionable people around.

First time New Yorkers
Positives:
The staff was nice, just not very helpful. The exception was breakfast, it was very well ran. The breakfast area was very nice.
Negatives:
The room felt like staying in a beat up college dorm. There were rings all over the walls and ceilings. There were holes in our bathroom floor where something had been removed. There was no drain in the bathroom sink, so anything could fall into it. Our tv took 3 hours to repair upon arrival. The pillows were lumpy.asked twice for an extra one, and was brought 2 pillows and one pillowcase. The duvet was a light summer duvet (in November) and after asking multiple times for an extra blanket, was brought another duvet with no cover. Out tv said welcome to three diff names that were not ours over the course of our stay. My shoes got lost under the chair, and when I pulled them out they were covered in dirt (white shoes). The elevators were also extremely slow.

Worst hotel experience ever
Positives:
The rooms were a good size, couldn't hear any street noise on the 15th floor. Comfortable bed and nice towels. Breakfast was good but busy, so best to avoid prime times.
Negatives:
This isn't the staff or hotels fault but the location is a bit dodgy, sadly there are a lot of unhoused people using drugs on the street which can be a bit unnerving.
