Location was close to subways, and walking distance from everything you need. The front desk staff was very nice, and personable.

Customer service line for the hotel was lacking, but pleasant, no one on the phone could tell me where their associated parking garage was + the price of parking on the website was not what I was charged. The walls were quite thin; not a 4 star hotel.

Proximity to food and transit. Friendly staff. Food heating and eating area.

No dresser (we stayed a week). We had to eat on the bed which I hate. No tub, just a shower.

They charge you for something mysterious on the credit card about which they said it would only be for security, and then not communicate anything afterwards. Second time it happened to us at this same hotel.

There was no parking no handicap and no one to help me bring my wife upstairs and my luggage. My wife sat in the lobby for over an hour while I found the parking and interestingly enough going around and around in circles. I found a real Holiday Inn who a

Allowed me to park in their facilities, the room had a stench Almost sweating, if you will, staff didnt even greet, I think they may be underpaid and it shows I will never stay in this facility, nor even think about it

Positives:
Room was very comfortable and more spacey than expected. Conveniently located really close to two metro stations so moving around NYC was very easy. What really made our experience great was the top notch cleaning of our room everyday by Ada. Everything was spotless and done with great care and attention to detail. Many thanks!
