Negatives: Didn’t have restroom in lobby, had to go to the basement.

Negatives: The breakfast could have been better. While this a a budget hotel I would prefer better than better plates, cups and bowls. While these are stated to be recyclable there was food on all of them and they are all discarded into the one trash bin. In these times of sustainability and climate change I would like if this hotel group would consider looking at ways to reduce emissions.

Negatives: 1) BREAKFAST The Breakfast is the main area which led me to giving such a negative review... At a price point of almost $400 per night it's almost criminal what the hotel is providing in terms of a dining space and the breakfast itself. a) If you don't have any dietary requirements, then your options are already limited to something like the following hot food options: scrambled eggs, Beef pattie & roasted potatoes. If you are vegetarian or need kosher/halal food then you're going to struggle to find much more than toast, cereal, yogurt & apple. b) the dining area is so small & congested (unless you're there before 7am) to the point that you'll be queueing for what little food there is, and you'll be waiting for people to get up so you can get a table. This isn't a very pleasant experience for the ones waiting for a table, nor those who are already seated & have people hovering around watching them eat in the hope they will move..

Negatives: We were not able to check in until 4pm, which was a bit frustrating. However, the front desk clerk who helped up kept us up to date the whole time we waited and let us know he was actively working on getting our room and we were not forgotten about.
