They did not have our room ready, we did check in at 4:00 pm after waiting. And the second day we were waiting more than 1 hour for bringing a continental breakfast to the table. Lack of staff. This does not correspond to 5 star hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good for those who want to be in the center of things - Times Square. It's a busy area, but very easy to get to.
The hotel is clean, the room is very cute and cozy
You can enjoy the lights of Time Square from the window
Relative to the hotels in New York, and relative to the affordable price - I think it's a good vfm
Negatives:
Not much. Bathroom is very small, and it's a bit strange that the sink is outside the bathroom.
For those who do not want to be in a noisy and crowded area - this will not suit them.
