Location - Extremely well located, walkable to all kinds of shops and eateries, and of course the famous Time Square. Most famous spots and areas are also walkable, if not, metro stations are everywhere.
Room - Size is bigger than expected, great space, huge bed, very comfortable. However, sound proof isn't that good to be honest.
Bathroom - Considered a huge bathroom, well lit, spacious and clean. We have had toilet-clogging issue the first day of our check-in but it was solved within a short time frame.
Negatives:
Basically nothing! Except for the sound-proofing between rooms could be improved (but still acceptable if you're a deep-sleeper), other than that, everything was great! Highly recommended :)

Positives:
I just had trouble with the pillows, which were not comfortable, and I saw a small stain on a towel. Other than that, everything satisfied me greatly. The location is very good, and the personnel were very friendly and helpful. I am especially grateful to Joel, who carried my two big suitcases by himself to ensure I didn't miss the car to the airport.
