The room was super small which is typical for NYC. However, the desk chair had tall arms which didn’t allow it to fit under the desk therefore we had to walk around it every time. It left very little space between the bed and desk chair.

The room was not clean, we did not have enough towels , we were 4 quests , coffee maker did not work, the telephone in the room did not work , there was not hot water in the shower, the stuff was not polite, the name HILTON did not meet our expectations.
