The front desk customer service was superb. They were super friendly and helpful. I appreciate all of them and their work ethics!
The location is close to everything near Times Square and Bryant Park is a block away. There are PLENTY of food places and the subway is at the end of the block.
Negatives:
Security wouldn't let us in the building along with a couple. The guard pointed to a sign and we thought he meant another entrance. After walking the block and not seeing anything, I called the hotel. The security STILL didn't let us in and we only got in once someone was coming out. ALL WHILE the guard sat and looked directly AT US!!
Our shower was backed up and needed maintenance to unclog the drain.
The water took 8 minutes to heat up for a shower and for the sink.

Noises, all night. It sounded like people were constantly breaking in. I think it’s just poor sound proofing, also at 4am a very loud motorcycle was ripping up and down the streets. It sounded like the motorcycle was in our room. Rooms were basically one bed and a bathroom. No room to eat or do anything in the room.
