An amazing stay at the hotel, who were able to cater for our every need. It was my partners birthday and they decorated the room for us upon arrival. Such a nice thing to do and was a great way to start our trip. Location was amazing for what we wanted. Needed to make sure we went for breakfast early as it does get busy in the dining area. We had the most amazing view of the Empire State Building and we loved staying at the hotel. We will be back for sure.

One of the 2 lifts was out of order the entire stay and when my husband asked when it would be functional, he was told “maybe next week”. This hotel is way too busy to rely on one small lift.
