The bed and room were very comfortable. Loved the location and neighborhood! And it was delightful to have the French bakery as breakfast option.
Negatives:
For breakfast, perhaps have desk advise that arriving on the hour or half hour for breakfast is when lines are longest - showing up 5-10min earlier makes it much faster.

The hotel room I booked did not match the photo provided to me. The room had a single window and was facing another room's window with a wall in between. In the photos on Booking.com, the windows were facing multiple open areas. My room was dark and tiny, and when I wanted to change it (even though I upgraded to a queen bed), they asked for extra money again. The bathroom was quite small, and the sink was as small as a children's sink; it was even difficult to wash our faces. What they called "breakfast included" was a bakery coupon given in exchange for $10. It doesn't even cover the cost of a coffee and croissant that you wait in line for in the mornings. Unfortunately, apart from its proximity to Central Park, it did not meet any of my expectations. It was a disappointment for us.

Lovely hotel in a quiet(er) part of the city. The attached french bakery next door was delicious! Staff were very helpful. Easily walkable location.
