I did not like much. Light switches did not work. Closet coming out from the wall. Small ridiculous tv’s that are dated. Very weird room set ups. Elevators are old and smell. I wanted to leave. Staff was ok but the operations at night are odd.

Great part of town to be in and from the start the staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. It was a great sized room to go back to after a long day touring the sights of New York, large window with city views.
Negatives:
Perhaps too much cupboard space but not a lot of hooks or coat hangers. Lack of mirrors and lighting in bathroom.

The soaking tubs are always great, and the beds are very comfortable. It's nice to have a terrace.

I don't know what's happened to this hotel.... it was like there was work being done and they should not have rented our room. The access panels were all left open wide open, exposing the walls. It was very weird. The drains all backed up, and the toilet barely flushed. Our shower drain overflowed. The walks. Was nerve wracking and very rusted.
