Negatives: The room tv was very hard to operate and glitchy Not a lot of channels either. As we were in town for basketball we wanted to watch some games we were not attending in person and we ended up going to a bar to watch. Staff could not figure out how to help us...though they did try.

Negatives: I"m still waiting for my 100 dls refound...... In the room: the 5 days we had many problems with the drainage of the shower tub. We were 5 in a family and we were only able to bathe 2 each day because the water stagnated in the tub and took a long time to drain. The first night we stayed and we went to shower, only one adult and one child took a shower. because the water remained stagnant. The next day I reported it to lobby staff. On the afternoon we arrived they had already "fixed" the stagnant water. The lobby staff never let us know if the problem had been resolved. BUT, when we showered, the problem with stagnant water continued after only one person showered, the water stagnated and reached the middle of the shower. The shower curtains were never changed. On the third day it stank very badly. of breakfast: lack of space to sit. We stayed 5 days and went down at different times to see if we could eat comfortably in the spaces there. but we could never, we had to pick up the food and take it to the room. We were just on the 26th floor. The coffee needed a little stronger. I am a person who likes strong coffee. The orange juice also tasted like pure water. Maybe they reduced it with water. I don't know, maybe they used water to make the juice last longer but that took away the flavor of the orange juice.

Negatives: The property charged me twice for $1,500 and refused to remediate anything despite providing evidence they charged me twice. The staff member I talked to Fabian rather tried to blame my bank then take responsibility for the properties mistake. The property stopped replying to my emails but luckily booking.com were competent enough to realise I’ve been charged twice and refunded me. I hope the property gets penalised

Negatives: There was hair in my breakfast . The furniture looks old and the room needs update . There could be fresh pastry for breakfast instead of the packed pastries .

Negatives: The rooftop was limited in views.

Negatives: Our room wasn't cleaned for 3 days. We told the front desk & it was cleaned that day. Not sure why the mix up.
