Amazing location, super clean rooms, helpful staff. However very strict with checkin time 3pm.
Very close to metro stations, rooms very clean, breakfast was good. Room had safebox, hairdryer and coffee maker.
Negatives:
The elevators were always busy during breakfast time.

The bed was so comfy!!! I had a glorious city view! The rooms were quiet, clean and spacious! The staff was great, you can book a shuttle through the front desk very easily. It was safe, especially returning late at night. They had security in the lobby to assist when guests pulled up later in the night. I felt very safe. Alot of fun activities were local and within walking distance. Breakfast was very yummy, just be sure to go during the early hours it may get a bit crowded.
Negatives:
Everything was really great. Maybe more ice rooms since the only one was on the 8th floor, but really everything was amazing.

Great spot for a getaway!!

The hotel is in a very fantastic position (200 meters from the metro and 1 km from Times Square), very clean and well maintained. The room was always clean and the towels were changed every day.
