Had an issue with the card reader machine upon check-in; my card kept saying declined, so I had to call my bank, who assured me
it was the machine itself that was the issue. Not really the hotel's fault, though. Upon check out, they told me I had a charge for one of the in-room waters, which I never drank. But they quickly removed the charge. So other than those two minor snags, I loved my stay and would come again!
