Such a beautiful hotel! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were spacious!

It was ideally located for what we were looking to do in NYC. It was very clean, had a great bar/lobby, and the staff was exceptional.

I didn't love the $35 daily "amenity fee". While they gave you $25 credit at the bar/restaurant/mini-bar, snacks, I wish they would charge a little more per room and eliminate that fee.

The process to request a late check out as an IHG rewards member is cumbersome and ultimately was unsuccessful.
