Superb
Positives:
Convenient room for one or two people, you definitely don’t need more.
Bathroom is very convenient and cosy. You get soap and body lotion from DOVE.
The bed is INCREDIBLY comfortable.
Stayed here in February and there was no noise.
You can leave your bags if you don’t leave NYC immediately.
Negatives:
At the bottom of the shower there is a little space that (sometimes) allows the water to pass, not convenient because the water ends up on the floor.
The breakfast is definitely not worth it. It is a VERY tiny room (max 15 people), with a hotel of 22 floors, it easily gets crowded in the morning. Furthermore, you only get a limited choice (3 types of cornflakes, milk, yoghurts, eggs, bacon, croissant and waffles), it is definitely not enough and it confirms how tiny the breakfast space is.
In a nutshell, the rooms are perfect but I would advise you to have breakfast outside, because it is not worth the money.

When you check in to the hotel, there comes to deposit payment. We didn't know that, it was 200$ and you can not get any receipt of it. We questioned the staff about it, they were not very helpful explaining the situation or didn't really give an explanation on why we didn't get any receipt. Also my sister's wifi didn't work at all in the hotel during the trip and when we told the desk about this, no apology or refund was offered. Also the hotelroom has not body mirror and in elevator there is no mirror at all. So, we definitely are coming back to New York, but not in this hotel. Unfortunatelly i can not recommend this hotel.

I liked that it was a newer property! Very clean and well kept! Breakfast was very nice different each day with hot food options and other stuff for those that want a light breakfast. Loved that coffee, hot chocolate and tea was available all day! They brought out cookies each night nice little treat before going up to your room for the evening. Staff was super friendly and always cleaning and keeping things organized and available!!!! Very safe to stay here too. Due to its location so close to Rockefeller Center and Times Square you still felt super safe. You couldn’t even get in the front door unless you had a key so that made it feel very safe and you were assured anyone who wasn’t staying there could get in!!!! For 2 people it was all we needed!
Negatives:
There wasn’t much negative to say. Just wish the bathroom in the rooms had a bigger shelf to put stuff on. The sink was tiny so there wasn’t any place to put your makeup and toiletries. Other than that it was perfect for my 20 year old daughter and I! Our view wasn’t pretty but we weren’t in the room much so it didn’t play a big part in our stay anyway. But it would have been nice to have had a pretty city view.

Perfect location, extra point for being close to the bus station that goes to SWF airport. Room was spotless and well sized for a couple, bed was comfortable even for tall people. Our room had a fridge that was also useful. Staff was kind, there was free water and coffee downstairs (haven't tried breakfast). We could leave our belongings before check in and after check out.
Negatives:
Our room was next to the mech room, which periodically resulted in noisy resonance. Some sockets were dependent on the light switch (i.e. didn't have power when lights were off) and we could have used just a bit more tables to pack our belongings on.

The staff was friendly and we liked that they held our bags after check out. Room was small but comfortable. Convenient location as well. The complementary coffee bar was a favorite of mine. The cookies were delicious too!

The breakfast ran out of food pretty quickly no matter what time we went, it was a small area too so it was hard to wait for more food unfortunately.
