Positives:
The location was great. There are restaurants ,convenience stores, liquor stores and more in walking distance. They have a rooftop area that’s great for a nightcap, or to catch some rays in the daytime. The staff were helpful and friendly. Chris, at the front desk , recommended a pizza place we went to twice. The room was spacious by NY standards.

Positives:
Excellent location. I spent the first part of my trip on my own as my partner was working in a different state. I found it safe at night and easy to get to from public transport. The Friends experience is literally 3 minutes away. The room was fine, no microwave or fridge as space in nyc is limited. Can get coffee and tea any time for free (although as it’s the USA you should tip). For a couple space was ok, slightly more room than what we had in places like Tokyo. Just enough room for two luggages.
Negatives:
Lack of microwave and fridge. Would have been handy. Little dining table was awkward. However I would stay here again as the location, cleanliness, safety and service was fantastic.

Safe, well connected, comfortable room...
Positives:
First day had problem with clogged sink, but staff took care of it right away. The stay was very enjoyable because the surroundings appeared safe and clean. Mostly liked bc of location.
