The best aspect of this hotel is its location. However, even the prime location cannot justify the overly expensive rates. Overall, I expected a much better experience for the price we paid.
Negatives:
The staff was a mixed bag – while some were very pleasant, others were quite full of themselves and didn’t even acknowledge us with a simple “hi” when we passed by. This lack of basic courtesy was disappointing.
The breakfast was also a letdown. It was the same every day and very limited in options. We also requested additional coffee for our room and never received it, which was frustrating.
