Positives:
The location is in Times Square but not in the heart of it. It’s about a 5 block walk to the main area of Times Square, so it is a bit quieter than being right on top of the square. Very nice facilities with two good restaurants/bars and decent rooms.
Negatives:
Having snacks available for late night snacking other than the vending machine would be nice. That way you don’t have to leave the hotel. The room doors are heavy!

The room and the hotel have modern decoration
Negatives:
The room was too small and the housekeeping service was bad. They told us that we will have housekeeping every 2 days but in our 7nights stay only once they did it. Considering how important is to keep a small room tide and clean and having paid for amentities like cleaning, we would expecting something better.
