Positives:
Great location right in Times Square. Close to subway access, stores and restaurants/bars. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Entry was secured at night and felt very safe as well as keycard access required for the elevator.
Negatives:
Lower floor rooms can be noisy due to street traffic. The room itself was quite small and AC/utilities were somewhat loud. The fixtures in the bathroom were subpar (shelf over the sink was loose/tilted). Elevators were very small.

Had a very pleasant stay
Positives:
Good location for tourism, pleasant & helpful staff, reasonably clean. Considering we chose to use the hotel room to keep our luggage, use the toilet/shower and sleep, it was acceptable. Breakfast not needed, some good coffee shops with eats located around the hotel (search for "For Five Coffee").
Negatives:
Stayed in a 2 bed room with friends (internal facing room, 5th floor) and I picked the bed near the window. There was an extreme lack of room space. I could not walk straight around the beds and hurt my legs (shins) on the bed frames too many times. The shower water temperature was very hot regardless of dial setting (we asked for it to be fixed, without luck). The cleaning staff once forgot to replenish the toilet with enough towels and paper tissues, but did so after a remark at the reception.

Loved the location it was perfect for my family to be close to Times Square
Negatives:
The bathroom was disgusting and there was black mold on the grout in the shower and my son is allergic to mold. I felt gross using the bathroom the whole time. Also when you turn the light on in the main room it about blinds you. I needed to use the tall mirror to put on makeup because my child was using the bathroom and the rest of the family had to hide under the covers because the light was blinding them.
