The bed was terrible, the room was disgusting, the air conditioner was very very very noisy, I could hear everything outside my room. A nightmare. PLUS, they took my deposit for NOTHING. They didn't provide any proof for taking my money and refused to give me any explanation or receipt for the abusive charge. I opened a dispute with my bank and I hope they resolve this terrible problem. Only stress, headache and anxiety this hotel brought me. I am SOOOO regret!!!

I liked the proximity to Times Square and the staff was courteous.
Negatives:
I reserved a Queen bed but was given a Full bed (room 220) and told there was nothing else available. The bed was too small for us and it was SQUEAKY. I would recommend platform beds instead. It was one of the most uncomfortable, sleepless nights for us while visiting NYC. We could hear EVERYTHING on the 2nd fl...elevator, people talking, the AC was super loud. The electric outlet in the bathroom did not work so I had to blow dry my hair in the bedroom.
The room felt like a college dorm. It was tiny with minimal furniture (IKEA night stands, cube storage). The pictures on the website did not represent reality. The sofa/chairs in the lobby are filthy. At $311 a night, we did not see the value. We are HIGHLY disappointed in OYO Hotel Times Square. For less than that, we got a suite elsewhere. We will never stay at their properties again.
