The location is okay. The shower is warm. And every day we got more and more clean towels.
Negatives:
The shiny layer visible in the photos is long gone. It needs maintenance. The room was tiny. The airconditioning poor; noisy and difficult to control. No nice NYC views from the tiny window. Just a wall.
Might be one of the cheaper options for a stay. Just don’t be fooled by the pictures. I’ve had a better experience at another Pod that was new. And had a young and fresh vibe at that time. This location did not have that feel.

It was more of a hostel than a hotel. The bathroom was barely lit so challenging to get ready. The toilet spit out water to the side when flushed. The tv remote didn’t work. The price difference wasn’t big enough for the experience. Will get a real hotel next time

Very good location. Easy to reach by metro from the airport (JFK). The room was clean. Friendly staff. Close to all main city attractions by walk. Good restaurants, bakery nearby.

The AC is sometimes noisy. A mattress in bed was not so comfortable.
