Negatives: Small room but I knew that coming. Too much to do in NYC so I'm in my room only for sleep.

Negatives: Room was so small that even my luggage didnt fit in.

Negatives: Room with bunkbeds VERY small!

Negatives: Weird angled toilet in my room was the only complaint - the angle was probably due to having to fit into an awkward space.

Negatives: It was noisy outside the hotel with people and traffic

Negatives: Attitude of front office staff came across as arrogant and combative at times especially when inquiring about simple things i.e. extra blanket (not used to cold weather), misplaced room keys. Contrary to that, the housekeeping staff were always lovely!

Negatives: The staff were friendly and always there to assist its customers.

Negatives: I had an unsettling experience during my stay and felt quite unsafe. There was a group of young men on the same floor who were very loud, particularly at night. Their behavior included banging doors and loud laughter, which made it difficult for me to rest. Unfortunately, the situation escalated when they began harassing me, knocking on my door persistently and even calling my hotel room phone when I didn't respond. I attempted to contact the front desk for assistance via phone and email, but to no avail. This left me feeling extremely vulnerable and I struggled to sleep that night. The following morning at check-out, I expressed my concerns to the front desk. While they mentioned they would speak to the manager, I didn't feel they fully grasped the seriousness of the situation. It was concerning to learn that there is no security presence to ensure guests' safety, and in case of an emergency, it's challenging to reach anyone for assistance. Regrettably, based on this experience, I would not consider staying here again.
