Parking is a big issue in this hotel, the two parking around the hotel get full quickly which end me up to leave the car on the street which is not safe.
Its not allowed to park the park at the main entrance which is again a big issue specially for people with disability needs.
location is not safe area, my room was on the main street and literally couldn’t sleep because of the traffic.

Positives:
This hotel was very clean and safe, I loved the ambiance and the young man at the desk was very welcoming and helpful!! The subway is also relatively close by took about five minutes to walk to and with that we were able to get around nyc very easily. The lobby is so clean and staff was very happy to help, security, front desk, and restaurant staff were all great! The room was just as advertised and we loved the window looking out to the public space. We are very much chronic over packers and all our clothes, shoes, and toiletries/makeup fit in the room. We also came back in everyday from exploring to a freshly made bed, fresh towels, and a tidy room, amazing! Loved it here, not planning on going back to NYC very soon however this may have to be the hotel I come back to based on service, cleanliness, and location; the price is also great not bad at all. This place was very affordable coming from a broke college student who had to fly across the country too! Loved it here and I hope to go back!

The shower was somewhat translucent and I can see that being an issue but as I was with one of my closest friends we didn’t really mind it. It just cause a bit of “omg”s to slip out.

Interesting hotel, comfortable rooms, pleasant staff. Location was convenient for a family event in Harlem.
Negatives:
Only complaint is the noise level from the hotel restaurant - I totally understand that guests might be loud, but the actual facility?? On Saturday night, it was hard to get to sleep because the music was blasting so loudly from the restaurant - and our room was on the 4th floor.
