Location is perfect, super close to subway with many restaurants nearby (Tribeca)
The hotel is very clean.
The bed and pillows very comfortable.
The reception is very friendly and the can store your luggage after checkout.
There is a small store with croissants, refreshments etc. in the lobby but it is quite expensive.
Coffee machine available in the rooms.
In summary the hotel offers a very pleasant stay.
Negatives:
The rooms are not well soundproofed.
Rooms look a bit old.
The view is no good especially from the low floors.
No Kettle, microwave etc. (we wouldnt use but may people consider them important)
