Negatives:
We were disappointed with the hotel and the service overall. Our room was not cleaned the first day in spite of us calling and letting them know it had been missed. The bathroom door is a sliding door that does not close at all, there are open gaps on both sides which means there is no bathroom privacy. We were initially welcomed nicely by a front desk person but then after that first day we found the reception staff to be all over the place, distracted and not very engaged with the issues we were bringing up. We asked for robes and were told they were coming, then the next day we were told there are no robes and that some staff are just training and dont know what they say. Same happened with pillows request. I opened the hand steamer and it was completely dirty. Some days we would get water bottles and some days they would even forget to replace the hand soap after discarding it. There seems to be either too many staff hanging out doing nothing at the front desk at times, or nowhere enough staff at other times with one person dealing with a dozen people checking in and not having time to help the other guests.

-Request for high floor assigned to 4th/5th out of 30F. Not a good view. Hotel isn’t that occupied at that pt.
-Overcharged parking rate with partner site LittleMan.

Positives:
The staff was so friendly. They upgraded us to a top floor room when we said we told them we were on our honeymoon. The bed was so comfortable after long days spent sightseeing and walking around. It was a fairly large room with a nice big TV for when we actually spent some time in the room relaxing.
Negatives:
The shower had good pressure and was always hot, but I would have loved a tub. The only thing I really didn't like was that the bathroom door is a barn door. You don't have complete privacy, and you may want to bring a small deodorizer spray!
