It was convenient to Times Square and great food places. I loved the balcony off my room and heated floors.

The wait for check in was extremely long, while I understand there were some things behind the scenes going on I was one of several people that arrived early but check in was later than advised which was inconvenient . Overall I would stay again.

The room was perfect size, very clean and proper. The bed was very comfortable. There was a lot of light comming because of the big windows. The staff was nice. The location is amazing: walking distance to all the center and perfect for all metros, even the airport one!
I would stay here again FOR SURE! 100% recommend it!

Conveniently located in Midtown East.

The elevator was out of order the entire weekend and my shower was leaking. The room was also extremely small. I can't imagine having stayed there with another person.

Beds and bathrooms were nice and clean. Nice staff.

Broken elevator for 18 floor hotel. I used the stairs because it took a long time if you waited for the one working elevator.
