Just very dirty, and rundown everywhere except the lobby. There was something wrong with the shower, the pillows had no covers so you could see how old, crappy and lumpy they were. The place felt very bait and switch, unfortunately,

The hotel does not have any of the amenities listed! First they hold a 300.00 security deposit. The room and bathroom are very, very small,staff do not speak to you or make eye contact. Two small elevators which take forever. No mini fridge in room.

Everything. Disgustingly dirty, pre-historic and tiny elevators faulty wiring, no blankets. Easily the worst hotel experience in the city.

Location is prime. Check in was quick and the receptionist was efficient & kind. The bed was comfortable and room was clean (besides mildew on tile in tub). $3 luggage hold at check out. Bellman was friendly. Manager was kind but lacked resources

Beds were tiny singles and short. You can hear everything in hallway and adjoining rooms. Above a noisy club. Pounding club beat until 4am. This is NOT a 3.5 star hotel. Dresser was falling apart.

The hotel staff were not the friendliest and asked us to hold off on checking in. The AC in the room did not work and we were told to open a window, but they eventually changed our room. The overall vibe of the hotel was poor.

The room was very loud from street noise every night and you could tell the windows were very leaky from the cold air coming in. The pictures online are definitely of the suites, not the standard rooms. We had hairs all over our floors that were not ours.
