Negatives: A bit of more information on the facilities within the hotel would have been very helpful, for example, water filter or availability of drinking water

Negatives: Could do with better/ more elevators

Negatives: The rooms were very small. Elevators, corridors bathrooms everything was too tight and felt like suffocation. Checking in staff was not welcoming. The bathroom door was not able to close due to the broken door hinges. Never staying there again.

Negatives: All the noise but its New York

Negatives: From the moment we arrive the reception took a lot of time, then our rooms were ready but we couldn't receive it as it was 12 noon so we had to pay for early checkin despite asking for it ahead of time and specifying our time of arrival and the reply was subject to availability, 3 out of 4 elevators were not working so you have to wait forever to go to your room, the room is odl and smelly and not so comfortable, noisy from the AC despite not having it on, and don't turn on the AC as the smell will kill you, there was bugs near the coffee machine, the bed not so comfortable, and when we checked out we asked to keep our luggage as our flight was at night and we got charged for it per piece, i so much more to say, i travel the world and never faced any major issues even in New York with other hotels, this one beats them all

Negatives: Elevator is small. toilet lack of hook for clothes or towel to hang on, no complimentary water . The photo's on the website is not updated..

Negatives: One small lift with a max capacity of 7 people to service the entire building was a nightmare and we were on the 12th floor so the stairs weren't an option. Coffee machine had no water container so couldn't be used. No drinking water in the room. Walls are paper thin so if you have noisy neighbours you will hear them.

Negatives: Our room was on one of higher floors, Noise from time square was out the gate, If ya choose to stay here pk lower floor, This would be a good choice because they only had one lift In use so often a wait, could easily take stairs if ya on lower floors, Room was tiny and did not look like pics on website in saying that none of our accom did across the 3 locations we stayed at in NYC, helped that ya busy everyday and just need a bed to rest really

Negatives: We had a last minute change of plans and decided to stay an extra night, so we just walked in and asked for a room. The lady told us they were booked. I got on booking.com and they had rooms available, I told her that and she said those are reserved for online bookings. So I booked through booking. Com and got us a room, left our bags and went on a tour of the city. When we finally got back and checked in, they were down to 1 elevator and took FOREVER to come down empty from the 5th floor. 4 people squeezed in there and barely fit, granted we only went to the second floor but still. We found it just to faster to take the stairs, which could use some love. As for the room…. There was a guy working in the hall, had stuff all over the floor that we had to walk around, the room itself was clean, the bed was really comfortable but when we tried changing our phones nothing on the nightstands were plugged in, not even the lights by the bed. But the outlets worked fine so not sure why nothing was plugged in. There were a couple light that were blown in the ceiling. The bathroom was tiny and the shower made an absolute mess when taking a shower since there’s only half a wall and no door or curtain. But the water pressure was amazing. All in all for a $400+- a night price we were expecting more.
