Amazing boutique hotel!
Positives:
Perfect location and surprisingly good sized room for three of us. Good to have two full-sized, comfortable beds and space to change in the area meant for luggage storage. Water bottles greatly appreciated.
Negatives:
A kettle/coffee making facilities would have been a welcome addition, and would have liked to be able to open the window. View from the room was disappointing.

A trip for some mother...
Positives:
Everything about the stay was great. There was an error on my part when I booked the room (swore I booked two double beds but somehow only booked a room with one) and, since I was there with a friend, a double bed wasn't going to cut it. They upgraded our room at no additional cost, which was great. The hotel has a great personality, and the rooms were clean and neat and comfortable, with lots of room. The staff was great and very accomodating. The location was great, just outside of Times Square but still very convenient to everything. I would absolutely stay here again.
Negatives:
Really, the only things I could even "complain" about is we could have used more towels (they would have brought us some, no problem, we just didn't ask and made do with what we had, which was fine). And they could do with putting some hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels and/or clothes. Very minor issues. And occasionally you hear a slamming door from another guest. Everything was great and can't really complain about anything.

Amazinf stay in the heart...
Positives:
the hotel Gregorian is in a good location, near Empire State Building and Briant park, where (when the weather is fine) you can enjoy breakfast in a very pleasant setting. Beside of breakfast, there's plenty to eat and drink in the surrounding area. At least all the sights are within walking distance.
Negatives:
Our room was located on the fourth floor facing the street. The windows are simple without accustisque protection what allowed us to feel the night life of NYC...
If you like to sleep in peace and quiet, choose a room on the upper floors or on the courtyard.
