I liked the location to the train station and MSG. Easy access to shopping and food. I felt safe in the area.

The room was a little less desirable. The window was very drafty and there was an exhaust smell that creeped in when I could hear a motor running outside. There was lots of outside noise even though the window was facing another building and no street. The maid staff was extremely loud outside our door in the early morning hours, talking amongst each other. The door had gaps in it and the light shined through from the hallway. The bathroom was sad. Tiny toilet, like daycare. The shower/ tub had peeling paint, and the shower head sprayed water from every direction. It was not supposed to. Shower water would not get hot either.
