I think this location is ideal for tourists like us who intended on using the subway. It’s not too far from anything. I didn’t notice any signs of insects or rodents. Polite staff. Mini-fridge.
Negatives:
The bathtub area in my room, PH1, reeked of mildew. The property advertised the room I selected stating that it had “streaming service (like Netflix)” available in the room but that turned out to be false. This misrepresentation was acknowledged by both booking and the property but offered no resolution other than for me to contact the other party. A finger pointing game that got me nowhere. Also, they need to step it up and put some microwaves in there for people tryna vacation on a budget.

Lovely large room, great location and staff friendly.
Negatives:
We were getting married which was known to the hotel and it was disappointing that no extra effort was made to make it special.
Also the furniture in the room is tired and needs updating. You also need a big mirror above the dressing table to get ready when there are two of you. One in the bathroom is not enough. One in closet is not suitable.

The room was dirty, obscure, damaged. The personnel was unpleasant. The TV did not work. The internet was bad. We couldn’t open the windows. The equipment was damaged as well. This was absolutely not a 4 star hotel, I would rank it a 2. Completely overpriced.
