There is absolutely no way this is a 4 star hotel. I felt completed cheated and taken advantage of. The rate we were charged is completely unacceptable for the quality of the room and the hotel.

Wifi didn't work for 1/2 of the hotel rooms. Extreme street noise facing 55th street. Limited exercise room hours.

Rooms were subpar to a 4 star hotel. The first room I was in was dated. The furniture looked like second hand stuff. The carpet was worn. Three of the four walls were barren. The second room I went to had no heat and the staff kindly moved me.

The hotel was conveniently located in a very safe area with some really nice restaurants only steps away. The staff were all VERY nice, friendly and helpful. Our rooms were immaculate, and I'm not exaggerating.

Location is great for mid-town and Lincoln Center. The room was bigger than expected, including a small office-area separated from the bed area by a low wall. The decor was minimal, but soothing. The bed and linens were comfortable.
