Staff were extremely friendly - we always felt so welcome when we walked through the doors. They offered cupcakes etc. for Easter it was great.
Negatives:
The bathroom was just a barn door so lacking privacy a little bit, the elevators were also extremely slow especially during breakfast time - we had to take the stairs on more than one occasion.

Positives:
The employees were very nice and the hotel will hold your bags for you so you don't have to carry them around after check out. It was very organized too. I was able to check in early by paying a fee and the overall stay was great. The room even had a little kitchenette with a fridge, sink, microwave, and utensils/glasses. It's also only a 6 minute walk to Madison Square Garden, and a 9 minute walk to K-town. Would definitely stay here again!
Negatives:
The only gripe I have was that the my room was next to the elevator so there was a lot of extra noise, and that the bathroom sliding barn door didn't close completely, leaving a gap you can see in. Other than that everything was great!

Elevators - you can easily wait 15-20 minutes for elevator
Rooms - too small with too less storage space
Airport transit - dont use booth at lobby.. driver is no good.

Positives:
Every member of staff was friendly, polite and helpful. The room had a well fitted kitchenette. A small room as is typical in Manhattan but very well appointed. Immaculately clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of food and drink and paper boxes were provided for taking food out.
Luggage storage after check out was safe and secure with an appointed staff member on security watch who located our luggage effortlessly.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Everything else was way too small. We paid for a room with kitchenette but they didn't have it available on the same floor as our family so we didn't even get that and still had to pay the same amount of money, but now recently twice!!
Negatives:
They have now charged us the double amount for our room and promised us an email from them to go to the bank and get our money back but no contact from them and when we try to call the line is always busy! We tried to fix this while we were at the hotel but they said they didn't find anything on file with our card on it... How can you then charge us again now 3800$!!! Can't in any way recommend this hotel, they are not answering the phone and didn't even give us an email to stay in contact!! Worst hotel experience I've ever had.
