Aissa on the 53rd floor was wonderful. The reception desk especially Kenya were great and the men at reception were helpful and friendly. Great bed. good room with excellent view and quiet.

The staff was friendly , there was a dj in the main “living room” that was also good.
Negatives:
There was no clear entrance, no lobby, no hotel name , the valet instructed me on how to get in. You need to take an elevator up to get to the front desk. Dark , dimly lit hallways. The room was a dreary grey, poorly decorated.. couldn't figure out how to turn on the light, there was a bulb missing. The sink was also hard to turn on as the handle was on the side.. just weird . dirty window overlooking rooftops.
