Tiny room for the money. heaps of cleaning stuff in the tiny hallways to navigate. not the room cleaners issue, the halls are just super narrow. Lighting in the room is not adequate. The elevator is very dark couldn't even read the floor numbers

Modern, stylish place with good options - e.g. rooftop bar, speakeasy, etc
Negatives:
Was very expemsive for a tiny room with no breakfast included. Even for NY it didn't feel like amazing value for money.
The rooms could have been more user friendly with a few simple things like hooks on the walls, more surfaces to put stuff on, etc.

This is a chic little hotel in Tribeca. There are lots of subway, shopping and dining options nearby. My bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was quiet, which is very important to me. I had plenty of room, although if I'd travelled with my husband it would've been a little tight. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
As far as I could tell, there is no way to enter the hotel from the sidewalk without going up a few steps. I had a ridiculous suitcase, so that was difficult to manage. I didn't ask for help and I should have, but no one offered help.

There was no hot water in my room. I informed staff and they said someone would come look into it. Throughout my stay I did not have hot water. The electric roller blind in my room did not work, so for the entire stay it was 3/4 closed, which made the room very dark. I also mentioned this to staff but it was not addressed. I was not offered a different room.

The Room is realy small and it was difficult to get along with 2 big suitecases.
The curtain randomally opens and close.
