Positives: The beds were very comfortable the lobby was cute. Water was provided on request and we had a pretty good view from our room.
Negatives: the water pressure in the shower was very high (kind of uncomfortable) but the drain was very slow so as soon as you turn on the shower the water started to poop in the tub. I was glad to be able to really wash my feet once I got home. Maintenance came to take a look but said the issue was the small holes in the drain cover and that the only fix was to remove the cover which could then lead to us losing things down the drain.

Negatives: It's dirty hotel, overpriced, lousy customer service, shoddy rooms, ripped beds, ripped curtains, and housekeeping only comes every other day. Nobody tells you that your room will not be cleaned every day, and coming back tired to the hotel at the end of the day and finding everything dirty is depressing. Pictures of the hotel online are fake. My best advice is DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. Your advice say they will provide two bottles of Fidji water every day. They don’t do that. They give you two bottles of ordinary water every other day. You complain and they don’t care.
