The location was great, but the overall feel of the hotel was a little disappointing.
I didn't like the layout - my rooms window was the corridor that other guests walk past - therefore I had to keep my blinds shut. Also, my door lock was loose, and I didn't feel very secure in the room.
Location is the best thing...
the location and the staff were nice. the beds were comfortable
not as advertised. if this is a 4* hotel then I am the queen! paid 4* prices for a 2* hotel. we had 2 rooms. one didn’t have a wardrobe and had a hanging rail for shirts in the bathroom so nowhere for dresses. the air conditioning was very noisy and the plumbing was questionable. the second room air con didn’t work at all. no restaurant and no breakfast included as advertised. the terrace was an artificial grass area with settees not as the picture.
great location but not value...
the lobby and common areas
was put in a handicapped ada room.
loud portable a/c in the middle of my room with the hose going out of the window. Wasn’t able to completely close curtains because of this. so no privacy.
was not the room I...
The location was brilliant. Lots of places in walking distance such as Times Square and Bryant park.
The staff were lovely and friendly and always willing to help.
The rooms were extremely dark with limited lighting making it almost impossible to get ready everyday. The room we were first given did not have a window which made us feel quite claustrophobic. The staff were accommodating of our needs and moved us to a room with a window when it was available.
Brilliant staff & location, limited...
seemed low on staff
the artwork in the lobby
the air conditioner was so loud I barely got any sleep
The cleaning lady was nice
The front desk lady’s attitude is very bad, the worst service I have ever seen in my life!!!!!!
A quality hotel for the price you pay. it gives you what you need, and allows you to have some money in the pocket to spend in the city!!!
staff were fantastic.
location is good.
The room I had didn’t have an inbuilt AC unit so there was a mobile one provided. did the job bit super noisy.
just beware of the attached nightclub if you’re Loki g for multiple long, deep sleeps. bring earplugs.
overall though a solid 7/10 for what you need whilst in NYC.
you get what you pay.
