Fantastic space for our family. 2 adults and 3 children. Clean and Very comfortable beds and high quality sheets and towels.

Excellent location between 5th Ave and Times Sq, one block north of Bryant Park. Continental breakfast was perfect to get the day started. Rooms are a little dated but perfectly functional, comfy beds and good power shower in a clean bathroom.
Negatives:
We had a double queen with sofa bed. Space was tight for 5 but it’s what I would expect in such a central location in NYC.

Only the hotel's location is good, everything else sucks!

The room is dirty, it smells bad, the staff are unfriendly and they cheated us at check in, they asked us for our credit card to guarantee a deposit of USD 400 and to our amazement when we returned home we saw that they had taken 2700 euros from our card!!!!! Amount that they still haven't refunded.....

I felt safe starting there...
Positives:
The room was small, but lovely. The bed was comfortable, and clean. Location of the property was perfect, almost directly at times square. The windows even opened which was a lovely unexpected bonus! We did not try the breakfast, but it looked fully stocked and filled with guests every morning. Would definitely stay here again. Something to note: stay during the beginning of the week instead the weekend as the hotels in NYC change their pricing depending on the weekday :)
Negatives:
The only downside of this hotel, was the fan in the bathroom wasn't working, and the door to the hallway was very thin, so you could hear other guests coming and going throughout the night.
