Positives:
Only good thing is location.
Negatives:
Room is so small that it is hard to even get around it. Also be aware that no single bottle of water will be provided for free in the room. You will be charged $8 for a bottle.

Good choice for the short city central stay
Positives:
Perfect location! This was an easy walk to Columbus Circle, Central Park, Broadway shows, MOMA, shopping, & restaurants. Housekeeping & front desk staff were wonderful. View from my room was great. I felt very safe in this well-lit neighborhood.
Negatives:
Not a single complaint here. It is a 3-star hotel, so maybe not as fancy as some people might like, but this is the only Manhattan hotel I will stay at in the future.
