Positives: Great location, there is a courtyard, in the morning you can take coffee with you (but it is not very tasty). You can leave your suitcases until check-in. Great view from the window. Cleaning and change of towels every day.
Negatives: When I checked in, there was someone else's hair on my bed and it was rumpled, I had to ask for a change of bed linen! No toothbrushes or toothpaste. Only 1 elevator worked, the second one was broken and this was a problem, because of the large number of residents it was not always possible to fit in it. Not all of the staff were friendly. They do not congratulate on your birthday. Breakfast is very limited in choice, no vegetables.

Positives: Excellent service. Great location in Chelsea
Negatives: I found the breakfast too little- most of it was already nearly empty while there was still 30 mins for breakfast. Also the selection was very limited compared to the price that I paid. In addition, there was no service lift so all the cleaning people needed to use the elevators. This was inconvenient for guests to use the elevators in the mornings
