Good location, felt safe, clean room and hotel, good bed, comfy pillows.
Could be a good standard for *** hotel. But for ****, i would expect a bit more. Room was tiny / quite dark, no hairdryer, busy elevator that could left you waiting for a long time....Had to take a cold shower one time because problem with water... Annoying heating in the room got always switch on in the middle of the night and was too noisy so it woke us up....
Good standard for *** hotel
The hotel over all was great. Smaller than I expected but nice.
The elevator was too small and slow.
The rooms were not clean, hairs from previous occupant in the shower, dusty surfaces, AC didn’t work, no slippers (floors not clean).
the one thing this hotel...
Location is good, hotel is decent.
Location near stations was great.
Quite a lot of road noise at night (appreciate it is NYC but felt like the windows were open!) Room size was ok and unfortunately our shower leaked a bit too.
Good value for money but...
amazing location, felt safe and quiet at night
sliding door into bathroom which didn’t fully shut didn’t allow much privacy. 15 minute wait for the lifts
It's clean, feels safe and isn't too noisy. So overall a good spot to sleep.
They have 3 elevators for over 40 levels. The elevators are also used by employees and have the most primitive scheduling. So be prepared to wait for ages (like over 20min on Sunday mornings). Also be prepared to have around 3 methods of payment available, because their system happily refuses to accept credit cards that other places just accepted. Ah, and after waiting for the elevators, wait again for check in/out because they have only two desks and an unstable IT system.
I'm also wondering who designed the air-con/heating system that easily overshoots the target temperature in either direction, so you wake up in a warm/cold wind in the middle of the night.
Good basic hotel with a...
The gym was well built with good equipment, and the rooms were well stocked and taken care of. it’s only a few moments walk from multiple metro stations, making it a good place to navigate NYC from.
The lifts. in the morning, particularly close to check out time, getting in the lift was up to an hour’s wait (before deciding to walk down the 26 floors ourselves). If you have luggage, it seems like a recipe for disaster with late check out fees. It made it quite frustrating that such a large hotel only had 3 very small elevators.
good value hotel in NYC....
Good location. Near several different metro stations and lines, near Wall Street, WTC, Battery Park. Had a small but well equipped gym.
There were only 2 small lifts. So in the morning we walked 17 floors down because waiting for the lift took sometimes 20 minutes (we tried that once). And it was the samen wanting to go back up at the end of the day.
nice, clean hotel in good...
good quality wifi, very good location
rooms dirty, inadequately cleaned, very few elevators in the back of the rooms, waiting 8-10 minutes for the elevator to enter/leave your floor, also no hot water during our stay at the hotel which was a great discomfort and it took a long time for the hotel to fix this fault after recalling itself several times. To sum up - the hotel does not deserve as many stars as it has, it is rather in the standard of a cheap motel than a hotel signed by the Hilton brand
A sad, dirty place in...
The hotel staff were not friendly, the rate for breakfast on my paperwork from yourselves did not match their prices.
The room was small ,water was off for day as work carried out so cold shower.Beds were not made up properly.
I use this chain IN THE UK FOR BUSINESS this did not meet my expectations.
OVER ALL PACKAGE
Lovely hotel, great location
Sometimes slow lifts
Tea and coffee facilities in room could have been replenished more often
The noise from other rooms was very loud.
There was no soap!
Very Friendly staff
Not much space.
