The closest ice was on the 18th floor. Elevators were extremely slow. Some of the staff, while trying to be efficient, just came off as rude.

Bedroom and bathroom are small. The furniture is very dated. I was alone and it felt very cramped up. The breakfast was ridiculously bad for the price.
Long waits for the elevator. Queues for checkin, breakfast and everything really.
