The staff were friendly and helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed.
The hotel was in a great, central location, a subway station practically outside the hotel, it was very easy to get around from.
Plenty of food at breakfast and free tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and water available 24/7 downstairs.
The beds were comfy, we slept well. Not too much ourside noise as we were on the 20th floor.
Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.
Negatives:
The breakfast room was small for the number of guests. You have to make sure you are there before 8am to get a table easily.
Storage space in the room was tricky for a family of four, only one small wardrobe and three small drawers, be super organised! Coat hooks I the room would have been useful especially on the rainy days.

Exceptional location for a decent...
Positives:
The hotel is in the perfect location, steps away from a metro station and, walking distance to some of the major attractions. We had a double room with two queen beds for a family of 4 (two small kids). The room was much bigger than expected. There is a complimentary tee and coffee in the room, and on top of that hotel offers coffee and water to go, available in the lobby 24/7 free of charge.
Negatives:
There are two elevators which are quite busy, it may take a while to get up/down during the rush hours. The breakfast area is small and we found it a bit crowded. Breakfast selection is poor, boring and not the highest quality but it makes your stomach full. After a week of eating white sweet bread and eggs, I will not look at this type of food for some time. There are no veggies but different types of fruit are available. Only paper plates and plastic cutlery are available. It makes me feel bad to think how much trash we produced during a week-long stay.

Property is 5 mins walk away from the Empire State Building, 7 mins away from Madison Square Garden and from Madison Square Garden, it’s another 7 mins walk away from Time Square. Staffs were all so nice. We couldn’t wait for breakfast the day we had to leave, the staff on duty packed us some breakfast bags to go and handed them over to my mom while she was trying to check out. Whoever that staff was, THANK YOU.

Positives:
We liked the location. A half block from Macy's and the Empire State Building was about a block and half from the hotel. We arrived from Moynahan Penn Station, and it was like 5 blocks away if I remember correctly. There were a lot of good restaurants close by. The hotel is a little dated and could use some upgrades, but overall, it was a comfortable stay. We liked that breakfast was included in the price of the stay, but we didn't get a chance to eat there as we left siper early to start our days. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff do a great job freshening up the rooms while you're out. Our trup was April 2024.

My only dislike was that the room was on the smaller side. We had a king room and had just room to walk around the bed. We did anticipate a smaller facility because it is New York and know that space is limited. Also, just some updates are needed. (Just some fresh paint and the bathroom vent cleaned it was pretty clogged with dust)

The room was super clean and tidy. The stuff was friendly and helpful. There is free water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/24 for all the clients. The location is ideal.
Negatives:
My room was on on a low floor, with no view, and there was a constant noise, something like a ventilator, all day and night, which made it hard for me to sleep. The breakfast was tasty but limited and it had no vegan or healthy choices (no fresh salad, no mushrooms or whole grain bread). I wouldn't recommend it for business travelers, probably it is more suitable for tourists.
