Positives: Localization! Perfect spot for a reaaaallyyy good money. Clean and cozy rooms. Nice and friendly staff.

Negatives: 1. Rooms were so clean, but environment - not really. Take a look on ice machines surrounding. Messy, dirty stains on a floor. 2. Building is old (not a surprise on Manhattan) but it impacts couple of factors, i.a. - rooms are noisy, you can hear what is happening outside, elevators are terribly slow, there is no separated elevator for the staff/room service so for almost 50% time one of elevators is in use for maintenance needs.

Positives: Fairly routine Manhattan hotel, tall and narrow with virtually all rooms clustered around a central lift block which makes for some noise from time and time with people coming and going. The room itself was fine, wifi worked well enough and staff were friendly and helpful. Personally the location can't be beaten being a few steps from the subway and 5 minutes walking to Penn Station and Times Square in either direction. Was excellent value by Manhattan standards, I'd booked when Covid was still causing issues for general tourism. I'd return in the future.

Negatives: Nothing that the staff can solve, as always be prepared for a little wait for the lifts at peak periods, this seems fairly standard in NYC.
