Great location for seeing concerts...
Positives:
Breakfast room and lobby were surprisingly large for a Manhattan hotel. Room was clean and comfy. Elevators fast. Apprecaited the extra security keycard usage to use the elevators. So convenient to Penn Station and midtown in general.
Negatives:
Watch your pending transactions! Apparently it is general hotel policy to charge for in-room water bottles, whether used or not. This caused the property to "lose" my credit card authorization, and it appeared I was going to be charged twice for the stay! The manager was able to solve the problem and explain the situation.
